Magic Goods SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern Magic Goods ("we," "us," or "our") use of SMS (Short Message Service) to communicate with subscribers ("you" or "customers"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Magic Goods, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive marketing, promotional, transactional, and customer-service SMS messages from Magic Goods Inc. You acknowledge that:

  • We will not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • You may receive recurring SMS messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, promotional offers, event invitations, appointment reminders).
  • Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

2. Types of SMS Communications Magic Goods may send you: Order Confirmations & Updates "Your Magic Goods order #12345 has shipped and is expected to arrive on 07/15/2025. Reply STOP to unsubscribe." Promotional Offers & Exclusive Deals "Enjoy 20% off our new Summer Collection—exclusive for SMS subscribers! Shop now at www.trymagicgoods.com. Reply STOP to opt out." Event Invitations & Reminders "Reminder: Join us at the Magic Goods launch party this Friday, July 11, 2025, at 7 PM at 123 Fashion Ave. RSVP here: www.trymagicgoods.com . Reply STOP to stop messages." Customer Service Alerts "We've received your return request for order #12345. Our team will follow up shortly. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out." (Each SMS will include up-to-date dates, times, and links.)

3. Message Frequency Magic Goods expects to send between 50 and 1,000 SMS messages per day across all subscribers. Actual frequency may vary based on promotional schedules, order volumes, and customer-service needs.

4. Potential Carrier Fees Standard message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for each SMS message received. Magic Goods is not responsible for any fees your carrier may impose.

5. How to Opt In You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Magic Goods by filling our website form. By opting in, you agree that Magic Goods may send you SMS messages in accordance with this Agreement.

6. How to Opt Out You may unsubscribe from Magic Goods SMS at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. After you send "STOP":

  • You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out;
  • By calling us at (800) 958-6188

You will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless you choose to opt back in. To re-subscribe, reply "START" to any Magic Goods SMS message, or revisit our website and check the SMS consent box again.

7. Help & Support If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS program, you can:

  • Reply "HELP" to any Magic Goods SMS for instructions; or
  • Email us at support@trymagicgoodsIf you prefer not to receive SMS at all, simply decline the SMS consent checkbox when signing up.

8. Standard Messaging Disclosures

9. Alternative Permissions Providing your mobile number for SMS is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to opt in without affecting your ability to shop or otherwise interact with Magic Goods. All SMS consent checkboxes on our web forms are never pre-checked; you are free to decline without penalty.
